Tall House is available in 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom versions, both with 2.5-bathroom plus study nook. The design is arranged over 2 levels, and is best suited to square blocks. The ground floor features flexible living spaces which open to generous gardens with spaces for entertaining and play. 

The bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs, where a wrap around balcony connects to the garden and outdoors. This plan is ideal for small infill blocks with a minimum size of 320m2 or larger (16m x 20m).

Who is the Tall House Plan For?

With three different designs available – the Short House, Short House and Tall House (in 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom versions) – our New House Plans are ideal for a range of different homeowners, including:

  • First-home buyers – such as young singles and couples who want to be near their jobs, cafes and restaurants, the beach, places to exercise and meet friends
