Our Site Review Service is a customised report based on your actual site and requirements, that will give you clarity about what’s possible, so you can progress your project. Whether you end up purchasing and building one of our New House Plans – or choosing another pathway to your new home – this detailed analysis will give you confidence to take your next steps.
Once you purchase this Service, you’ll be asked to complete a short questionnaire to tell us about your proposed site and your wishlist, and we’ll assess your requirements against the following criteria:
- Proposed brief in terms of occupants – # of adults, # of children and their ages/ house size and number of storeys / proposed ballpark budget / car parking requirements
- Local development controls
- Preferred orientation for passive solar benefits
- Most suitable NHP for the site / brief / budget context
- Topography and access issues that will impact ease of construction and/or cost
- Other design constraints (heritage, neighbours, etc)
You’ll receive a report in plain English that sets out the key data and information you need to know and understand to progress your project to the next stage.
