Courtyard House is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom plus study design, suited to rear ‘battle-axe’ blocks. The L-shaped plan maximizes the space allocated to gardens at the centre of the house, and the main living spaces open to a North-facing alfresco entertaining area.
Courtyard House offers an affordable entry into the housing market without compromising on design quality, and is ideal for smaller, rear subdivided infill blocks with a minimum size of 320m2 or larger (17m x 19m).

Who is the Courtyard House Plan For?
With four different designs available – the Short House, Short House, Tall House (in 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom versions) and Courtyard House – our New House Plans are ideal for a range of different homeowners, including:

This compact plan maximises a central outdoor and garden space for entertaining and landscaping. Internally, the design provides all of the comforts of a larger home including a main bedroom with generous ensuite and two windows overlooking the garden. The plan includes a separate study for hobbies and household admin; and there is plenty of room for guests or children (either new additions as the family grows, or grandchildren!).
